Miracle Tabernacle Church of God in Christ

Established in 1989, the Miracle Tabernacle Church of God in Christ has progressed alongside the neighborhood in which it began. From a small trailer in Racepath, the spirit of the Lord began spreading, reaching down darkened streets once littered with crime and into the homes of families who would one day join Pastor Jeter’s quest for a brighter future for Racepath. The bond between community and church was fortified through a number of marches, outdoor prayer vigils, revivals, and celebrations. The church outgrew the small trailer and moved to 4817 Highway 17 Bypass South, near the back gate of the former Myrtle Beach Air Force Base. After five years and three floods, the ministry relocated back to the 1689 Racepath Street location. After a couple other location changes, the church resides in its location off 17 bypass.

Phillip Gaillard was appointed by Bishop Johnny Johnson as the pastor of Miracle Tabernacle COGIC on March 25, 2011 during the Triad Convention. He has humbly serviced the people of God for nine delightful years.  His servant’s heart keeps him submitted to the will of God for his life and the church.  He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business / Human Resource Management degree from Columbia Southern University.
