Friendship Medical Clinic serves adults in Horry County who do not have access to affordable healthcare. By providing routine and preventive healthcare along with prescription medications, all residents in our community will have the opportunity to improve their health outcomes.
“The funding received from the Chapin Foundation throughout the years has allowed Friendship Medical Clinic the ability to meet the healthcare needs of our patients. Funds have been used to purchase generic medications, pay for specialized medical care and assist with specific operating expenses. The foundation's funding to the clinic has also contributed to the development of additional programs, such as dental care, for our patients. The Chapin Foundation, through its support to Friendship Medical Clinic, has helped create a healthier Horry County for all citizens which strengthens our community both socially and economically.”
