Together SC is honored to partner with the SC Department of Administration (DOA) to assist SC’s nonprofits in receiving the aid they need to effectively serve the people of our state.

In this session we will provide participants with tools and tips to keep their audience engaged while working virtually. That could mean staff engagement, client engagement and/or donor engagement. As we continue to embrace our new normal, we want to equip you with strategies to help you stay virtually engaged with various stakeholders.

During these sessions you will learn the six areas of focus that will empower your organization’s leaders to develop financial activities for growth during uncertain times.

Through the Implicit Bias session, we hope that participants will have increased self- awareness of implicit bias, develop strategies to overcome it, and have a
greater understanding on how implicit bias can affect those that they are serving.
